Refund Policy

At Techbook Academy, we strive to offer the best learning experience. Please review our refund policy before enrolling:

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Before Attending Classes: A 30% deduction applies for administrative charges.
  • Within One Week of Classes: A 70% deduction applies.
  • After One Week of Classes: No refunds will be provided.
  • Course Content Adjustments: Refunds are not applicable if you decide to modify or remove content from your enrolled course. Please ensure your selection before enrolling.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Email hellotechbookacademy@gmail.com with the subject "Refund Request".
  2. Include your full name, course details, enrollment date, and reason for the refund.

3. Refund Processing

Verified refund requests will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

4. Important Notes

  • Registration fees, course materials, and software licenses are non-refundable.
  • Students requesting a refund may need to return any provided course materials.
  • Refund eligibility is subject to attendance verification.

5. Course Cancellation by Techbook Academy

If Techbook Academy cancels a course, students will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
